Paragliding is an inherently risky activity. Cloudbase Paragliding Nepal takes reasonable precautions — certified pilots, maintained equipment, and weather-based go/no-go decisions — but cannot eliminate all risk of injury or death.
Every passenger is required to read and sign a liability waiver before flying, acknowledging these risks and releasing Cloudbase Paragliding Nepal, its pilots, and staff from liability for injury arising from ordinary risks of the sport, except where caused by gross negligence.
Passengers fly at their own discretion and should disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking.
