FAQ
Quick answers about booking, safety, and what happens if the weather doesn't cooperate.
Is paragliding in Pokhara safe?
All our tandem pilots are certified and registered with the Nepal Paragliding Association, and equipment is checked before every flight. As with any adventure sport there is inherent risk, which is why we ask every passenger to sign a waiver before flying.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We reschedule to the next available slot at no extra cost. We don't fly if conditions aren't safe, regardless of your travel schedule — we'll always try to find a workable time before you leave Pokhara.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking a day or two ahead is recommended in high season (October–December, March–April), but we can sometimes fit in same-day flights — message us to check availability.
How fit do I need to be?
No particular fitness is required for a tandem flight — you run a few steps at launch and land sitting down. It's suitable for most ages and mobility levels; let us know about any concerns when booking.
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes, secured with a strap or zipped pocket. We also offer a helmet camera add-on if you'd rather keep your hands free during the flight.
